First things first, YAY I can drink again!!
In celebration of making it 1 whole month without booze, I thought I would share with you my favorite cocktail recipe. Needless to say I will be indulging in a few of these this holiday weekend.
This recipe is super refreshing, low in sugar and doesn’t leave you feeling crappy the next day.
The key to this cocktail is in my favorite sake, SOTO. Click here to check it out for yourself, its 100% gluten free, and its free of any additives or preservatives. If I don’t feel like getting fancy and making a cocktail, I’ll just drink it chilled or on the rocks, so yummy!
Whether you are enjoying these at an evening BBQ, or by the pool during the day, I recommend making a big batch because WARNING: these go down way to easy!

- 2 oz SOTO sake
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup (sub maple syrup for a natural sweetener)
- 4-6 Cucumber slices
Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a rocks glass.
Add the rest of the ingredients followed by ice. Shake and serve up or on the rocks. Enjoy!
